ATLANTA, GA – May 17, 2016 – The Strategic Financial Alliance (SFA), a leading, privately owned independent broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor, announced its annual conference for affiliated financial advisors, held this year at Omni’s Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia, in Paradise Valley, Arizona from May 2nd through the 6th.
Developed around the theme “Journey to the Top,” the conference featured a broad range of presentations and roundtable discussions led by SFA executives, product sponsor partners, and other industry thought leaders on the topics and questions that are top-of-mind for advisors in today’s rapidly-changing industry environment. Attendees heard compelling general session addresses from leading industry experts, including keynote speaker Alan Beaulieu, President of ITR Economics. In addition, the event incorporated extensive networking opportunities at which financial advisors and members of their teams reconnected with their peers in the SFA community, shared best practices, and were recharged to tackle the remainder of 2016.

In addition, the conference continued SFA’s focus on helping advisors improve the efficiency of their practices by continuing to train and empower advisors’ administrative staff members. In keeping with the company’s Administrative Education Program, the conference included a session specifically geared to helping administrative staff members expand and deepen their skill sets. Administrative professionals also had opportunities to network in order to build connections with their peers and exchange best practices information.
