The Strategic Financial Alliance (SFA), a leading, privately-owned independent broker-dealer and custodial services provider, announced today that Bridge 2014: The Journey Continues, its annual national conference featuring financial advisors and industry leaders from around the country, convened May 5 at the Resort at Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe, California and will run through Thursday, May 8.
This year’s event helps mark the 10-year anniversary of the firm, and as always will also offer attendees the chance to come together with their community of peers, top product sponsors and prominent members of the SFA leadership team. Together, the conference attendees will collaborate on and discuss a range of issues relevant to the firm’s affiliated advisors and the future of the industry.

Highlights of the conference will included:
- A meeting of the Strategic Advisory Council, a group of experienced SFA advisors that meets at least once a quarter to provide input on the company’s strategic direction and business plans;
- A keynote address by Mark Zinder, a seasoned financial professional and nationally renowned speaker with widely respected views on practice management and macroeconomic trends;
- A range of breakout sessions focused on various practice management, compliance and technology trends currently impacting the industry;
- Multiple outdoor excursions geared for advisors and their spouses.
Attendees will also have access to a mobile app that will provide up-to-the-minute updates, including conference agendas, speaker bios and other important information.
